Liquid, 2-component polyurethane membrane, for waterproof coatings
The waterproof coating with polyurethane LouisPUR is usually applied as a multi-layer system and is the basis of our PU thick layer. Polyurethane LouisPUR is highly elastic, strongly adhesive, crack-bridging, chemical-resistant and has a very long service life.
Thorough preparation of the substrate to be coated is necessary to achieve optimal adhesion and sealing. The connection to the substrate is made with the primer LouisPREN Hydro. LouisPUR is applied in 3 layers. Because of the mechanical and thermal stresses that occur in pools, we recommend placing a LouisFLEX fleece in the first layer of LouisPUR.
LouisPUR is a liquid 2-component polyurethane membrane for sealing water-bearing structures (pools, water tanks, etc.)
Preparation:
LouisPUR is the actual basis of the polyurethane thick film membrane. After pretreatment with the primer LouisPREN Hydro, 1 layer of LouisPUR is applied. The fabric fleece LouisFLEX is inserted into the still moist material to reinforce the membrane. This is followed by shifts two and three. Finally, 1-2 layers of LouisPUR UV are applied.
The material requirement of LouisPUR is 0.8 - 1.0 kg / m2 per layer.
The delivery takes place in 2 components, which are carefully mixed before use.
LouisPUR can be diluted up to 10% with LouisSOLV.
